A therapist or counselor provides counseling and support over the internet through video conferencing, online chat, or a phone call. Online counseling will be provided through the platforms called Doxy.me or via Simple Practice which provides video conferencing and is HIPPA compliant. Protecting your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. All online therapy will be performed via these platforms.
